Product Introduction
Single-beam hoist gantry crane is a common light and small lifting equipment. It is especially suitable for cargo loading and unloading operations in warehouses, factories, and docks. It mainly has the bridge frame (including the main beam and end beam), electric hoist, trolley running mechanism, and electrical control system. This type of gantry crane with hoist is popular for its compact structure, easy operation, and small footprint.
The electric hoist gantry crane adopts a single-beam design, which means there is only one main beam spanning over two end beams. Its main beam is the main structural component that carries heavy objects, and its material selection and manufacturing process directly affect the safety and service life of the entire equipment. As the core component of the lifting mechanism, the electric hoist is under the main beam and moves along the main beam to achieve vertical and horizontal material handling. Electric hoists are divided into two types: wire rope electric hoists and chain electric hoists. Users could choose the appropriate model according to their actual needs.
Electric Hoist Types Selection
The types of hoists fitted to MH-type single girder hoist gantry cranes usually have the following choices, depending on the usage scenario and requirements:
- CD1 type wire rope electric hoist: single speed hoisting, simple structure, more widely used.
- MD type wire rope electric hoist: double-speed hoisting, including regular and slow speed, suitable for working conditions that require fine positioning.
- Low headroom electric hoist: suitable for plant height is limited or needs to larger hook stroke for the scene.
- Explosion-proof electric hoist: applied to flammable and explosive environments, such as the chemical industry, coal mines, and other industries.
- Electric chain hoist: applicable to small tonnage, light working conditions, compact structure, and easy maintenance.
- European type electric hoist: high performance, low deadweight, frequency conversion design, smooth running, commonly used in modern factories with higher requirements for efficiency and maintenance.
